No inspiration.

I've been trying to think over the past couple of weeks of certain topics that I can write about on this blog, and I just can't think of anything! I would love to do outfit of the days e.t.c, but I've literally just started the other day trying to loose weight by eating healthier and going to the gym, so I know that I don't want to do any of them until I've lost the weight because I just don't feel confident enough yet. I just don't see the point in writing if there isn't anything that is inspiring me to write, because then otherwise it will just bore me and it will bore whoever is reading my blog posts as well. However, I came across this blog post:  http://cherishinghopesanddreams.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/30-things.html and I've decided that I'm going to do these questions, either one at a time or if there are not very long answers then I'll do more than one. But yeah, I'll be doing them questions if I can't think of anything else to do!

Anyway, this week has been interesting. At school we're doing this 'community week' where you have to do something to help the community. I chose the group 'As time goes by...' which involved working with old people. We only got to be with the old people about 2 or 3 times this week because we also had to do a project that showed how society has changed over the past 60 years. You had to do it in groups and choose your own topic (I worked with my best friend and we did about spare time and hobbies because music and fashion had already been taken, but we knew that we could write about them anyway if we did that topic). On the Monday afternoon we went to an old people's home, where I had a conversation for an hour with a lovely old lady about lots of different things. On Tuesday we went into town with some of the old people where we had a tour of Tyneside cinema (which was so boring). We also got to see an old news film reel from the 50's, which was actually cool. On Wednesday we finished off our project and then on Thursday we went to Woodhorn Colliery. It was so shit there haha. I also felt really ill because I woke up with a cold that day (I'm starting to feel better now) so at lunch I went home. Yesterday the old people were supposed to come into school to see the project on display and for 'afternoon tea.' However, my mum wouldn't let me go in because she's a nurse practitioner and she knew that it would be dangerous for an old person if they caught my cold. Today I'm off to the gym for the third day in a row (go me!) and then I think I'm going over to a friends house tonight. Yay!
